This project for The George Institute for Global Health – PEDro was extremely interesting and at times, quite challenging. The perfect recipe for a great website project to work on (along with a really great client to work with).
The PEDro website is over 15 years old and hosts an average of 62,000 sessions/month and about 1.4 million searches from 225 countries and territories. Because of the global usage, the website is translated into 12 languages therefore it was necessary to configure the menus for each language plus display sponsor logos according to site visitor’s geographical location.
The requirements were to keep the same design but apply a new WordPress installation in the back end that was also mobile responsive.
Two new blogs were added for English and Portuguese as well as implementing some email sign up forms.
PEDro also wanted a new Donations area that would link up with Westpac PayWay.
All of this was achieved in just over 5 weeks.

Rose has done a fantastic job on revamping the PEDro web-site. Our site is complex as it is available in 12 different languages. Rose has implemented new features which make the site look very professional and much easier to navigate for users. She provided invaluable advice on implementing e-commerce.
